Mystical Elements Booking Policy

At Mystical Elements, I am committed to providing a space for deep healing and transformation.

I respect your time, energy, and journey, and I ask for the same in return.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

• Payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.

  Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Life happens—I understand! If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 6 hours before your appointment to retain your payment.

• If you fail to reschedule within this timeframe, the session will be forfeited, and a new booking will be required.

• Clients may reschedule up to two times if needed. However, if a third reschedule is required and not followed through, I will place a temporary suspension on future bookings for a set period. This ensures that all clients honor their healing journey and respect the commitment to their growth.

  No-Shows & Late Arrivals

• If you do not show up for your session without notice, your appointment is considered forfeited with no refund or rescheduling option.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened accordingly to respect other scheduled clients.
