How My Journey Started...

Spirituality found me when I least expected it. My life had unraveled, one hardship after another, pushing me into the unknown. Forced from my home, I left the city behind, seeking solace in meditation. I could feel something shifting, a pull toward something greater—yet clarity remained just out of reach.

Then, life took an even more unexpected turn. In a cruel twist of fate, I found myself unjustly detained, isolated for days, unable to reach anyone for help. It was a time of collective unrest—during the height of the Black Lives Matter protests and the shadows of the pandemic. Locked away, I was stripped of everything familiar, left with nothing but my thoughts and the silence pressing in.

Little did I know at the time, that there was a reason for it all, and it was exactly what I needed.

In that silence, something profound happened. A fellow inmate, an older woman, passed me a yoga packet filled with mudra meditations—ancient hand gestures designed to channel energy and unlock deeper consciousness. Desperate for any sense of grounding, I practiced them over and over, though at first, I saw no change. Frustration consumed me. I questioned everything—God, the universe, the purpose behind it all. I even defied the messages of love written before me, only to find myself reconsidering… Who was I to reject the unknown?

Within hours of that realization, I was released. The timing was too divine to be a coincidence.

This moment marked the beginning of my awakening.

The Path That Called Me...

After my release, I sought refuge with a friend who introduced me to Reiki—true Reiki, beyond what I had previously encountered. He also placed a mudra meditation book in my hands, deepening my practice. It felt like the universe was speaking directly to me, affirming that I was on the right path.

Then came another profound synchronicity—a book called Bringers of the Dawn by Barbara Marciniak. Within its pages, I discovered the teachings of the Pleiadeans, an enlightened collective of star beings. My soul resonated so deeply, it was as if I had found a missing piece of myself. The star cluster of Pleiades, the Seven Sisters, the very heart of Taurus—my sign. The number seven has followed me my entire life. It became clear: I am a Pleiadean star seed, here to awaken and guide.

The synchronicities continued, each one leading me deeper into my purpose. I encountered people I had dreamt of before meeting them. I was gifted my first true Reiki session and felt energy flowing through me in ways I never had before. That was the moment I knew—I had to bring this healing to others.

I pursued my Reiki Master training, and the same day I was attuned, I conducted a multidimensional healing session—one that connected me to energies beyond this realm. The more I learned, the more my abilities expanded. I became a medium, a conduit for energy, and a seeker of knowledge.

Through my journey, I was introduced to hypnotherapy, subconscious reprogramming, and guided meditation—practices that blend science with the mystical. I fell in love with Dr. Joe Dispenza’s teachings on rewiring the mind, realizing that my path was clear:

My journey led me to create Mystical Elements, a space devoted to energy healing, subconscious transformation, and vibrational alignment. Everything I offer—Reiki, hypnotherapy, guided meditation, and Reiki-infused jewelry—is designed to support deep healing and empowerment.

Each jewelry piece I create is one-of-a-kind, infused with Reiki energy and sacred intention—no two are ever the same. My work is more than a service; it is a transmission of energy, a remembrance of who we truly are.
